Live/Work Loft in Candler Park

The live/work loft in Cabbagetown is now under contract.  However, I found out about another one in Candler Park that is zoned residential/commercial as well.  This does have build out potential.  It is currently priced at $212,900.  The owners did get estimates on adding a second level which would make it into a 2 bedroom.  [...]
