I came across a fantastic loft the other day while I was out showing at Freedom Lofts.  It really is considered a 1 bedroom but it does have a lofted area that can be easily set up as a second bedroom or a big office area.  The unit also has a wall of windows with a nice view of the Atlanta skyline.  The seller did a wonderful job decorating and the floors are pretty cool with a bluish topal color tiles.  It is priced at $245,000 but since it could be set up as a second bedroom that is farily good deal!  If you are not familiar with Freedom Lofts they are located by Freedom Parkway and is across from the restaurant Two Urban Licks.  Great Location and good amenities!  For additional info and pictures please contact me at nesa@greatatlantalofts.com or 404-579-9307.
