I am searching around for a warehouse or stand alone buildings that have a “lofty” feel. It can either be zoned residential or commercial. Looking for either raw space or finished. Check this out, this was an original feed and seed store in Inman Park. This home has some very loft charcteristics but it is considered a single family home(no HOA fees). I took a look at this a couple of weeks ago and really thought it was kind of cool especially because of the location and the price is pretty reasonable too at $359k.


It sort of has a “Tuscany” feel to it but if you don't like that look a few changes to the kitchen cabinets and to the master bathroom would make it feel more modernized. It could be considered a 2 bedroom, but technically it is a 1 bedroom, however the seperate living area could be divided up to make the 2nd bedroom.
