My Opinion on 335 West Ponce Lofts
If you’re looking for a loft in the Decatur area, 335 West Ponce is a great option. Even though there are 76 units here, the building itself is quiet….which I see as a plus. Since most loft buildings don’t have fitness or a swimming pool, I give 335 some extra points. Of, course with these amenities your HOA fees are higher than other loft buildings, but 335 West Ponce keeps them pretty reasonable. HOA fees unit are $480 for a 400K loft. Taxes for the same unit would be around $5000 per year.
