The Swift and Co Loft building is located on the corner of Fair and Peters Street. There are a handful of restaurants to walk to including Slice, Johnny Cakes and No Mas Cantina. There is also a very cute coffee shop called Tilt. Castleberry Hill is known for their monthly art strolls on the last Friday of each month as well.
