How I love Gasket City Lofts!!  Seriously, this is a sharp building, it’s super authentic and the features within make Gasket City Lofts one of my top favorite loft buildings in Atlanta.  There are 30 total loft units here. Large open lofts. Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Walk on over to the Mercedes Benz Stadium! Gasket City lofts has authentic features such as exposed brick, exposed ductwork and wood trusses.

My Opinion on Gasket City Lofts

If you want open and authentic, you’ll love Gasket City Lofts. I’ve seen some really cool lofts here throughout the years and it’s amazing what people can do with such raw and open spaces. It’s a bit of walk to downtown Atlanta but if you like walking you can walk there! But you can easily walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium to beat all the traffic to the games! HOA fees are $400 per month for a a $300k loft. Taxes are around $4000 per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Gasket City Lofts.
