Giant Lofts are located near downtown Atlanta on Marietta Street. There are 50 total loft units here. The area surrounding Giant Lofts has rapidly transformed and now there is a plethora of things to walk to.  This area is still a very touristy destination because of the Aquarium, CNN Center and Georgia College Football Hall Of Fame, but it is still a great neighborhood to live in, especially if you are Atlanta Falcons or Atlanta United fan because you can walk to the stadium from Giant Lofts! Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick and cement columns.

My Opinion on Giant Lofts

Giant Lofts is another building that has some really cool raw open loft spaces.  Some of the lofts have spectacular views of the city. HOA fees are very reasonable at $375 per month for a 300K loft.  Overall, a fair rating from me for Giant Lofts(but units can have potential!)
