My Opinion on Kirkwood Lofts
I have been watching the area of Kirkwood really grow and change the last few years. So many restaurants are going up around there it’s crazy. The Kirkwood lofts are pretty nice with some aspects of the old school still in place Currently in a tax abatements, so taxes are pretty low.. HOA fees are $200 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $250 per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Kirkwood School Lofts.
