Blue Stone Lofts are located about 25 min. north of downtown Atlanta in an area called Sandy Springs. There aren’t a whole lot of lofts outside the perimeter, so Blue Stone Lofts are a good option if you like suburbia. Parking garage. Walking distance to restaurants, retail and parks. Authentic features such as exposed brick, cement columns and high ceilings.

My Opinion on Blue Stone Lofts

I personally like the look of these lofts. If you’re one who wants a bit of the city, but don’t love living in the city, Blue Stone Lofts might be just for you. I like the area since there are some cool places to walk to. The park is especially a plus if you have a dog (and what loft owner doesn’t?). Pricing is definitely higher than some other lofts, but, hey you get to live in a loft in the suburbs! HOA fees are around $330 for a $250k loft. Taxes are around $4200 for the same loft. Overall, a great loft building.
