My Opinion on Caroline Street Lofts
You can’t beat location of Caroline Street Lofts. All units sit above retail shops, enjoy walking to Home Depot, Kroger Grocery, Best Buy and many restaurants. I love this area of town, so I am a bit partial to these lofts just for that reason. They are very “soft” lofts without many authentic features, but heck, you can walk to Target! All units are 2 levels with modern design kitchen with granite countertops. Ton of windows and extra storage units are available. HOA fees are about $200 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around 3k per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Caroline Street Lofts.
