LaFrance Street Lofts are located in the Kirkwood area. It’s a larger complex with more than 100 loft units. This is one loft building in Atlanta that is still affordable, but if the Pullman Yards project goes through, you can bet these will sky rocket in value, so you might want to hurry to get into this building.  Lafrance lofts offer authentic features such as exposed brick, wood trusses and exposed ductwork. Amenities at Lafrance Street Lofts include a fitness center and a saltwater swimming pool.

My Opinion on LaFrance Street Lofts

LaFrance Street Lofts have some great character and some really nice authentic touches. I’m partial to wood trusses, so the units that have this are my favorite. It is tucked away which is nice to get away from all the heavy traffic, but just a mile down the road is the Village of Kirkwood and if Pullman Yards project does happen you will be right around the corner from everything that project will have to offer.  HOA fees are around $290 for a 260K loft. Taxes are around $3500 per year for the same. Overall, a good rating from me for LaFrance Street Lofts.
