Lofts at the Park is located in Midtown. Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Right near Piedmont Park. Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed ductwork.

My Opinion on Lofts at the Park

Another loft building located near Piedmont Park. I absolutely love this area! Lofts at the Belvedere are definitely a “soft loft” feel, but if you love Midtown and want to walk to the restaurants, Piedmont Park and the Botanical Gardens you should consider Lofts at the Park. Once again, you don’t get the square footage you would in other areas simply because of the location. HOA fees are around $400 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $4000 per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Lofts at the Park.
