My Opinion on Mathieson Exchange Lofts
I will start by saying that Mathieson Exchange Lofts is one of my favorite loft buildings in Atlanta. Great authentic features and each unit has some awesome character. The location is great since it’s right near tons of restaurants and retail. As far as resale goes, since there are only 2 loft buildings in the area your probably better off than some other areas in Atlanta. HOA fees are$450 for a 300K loft. Taxes are around $4500 for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Mathieson Exchange Lofts.
