Metropolis Condos are located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Authentic features such as cement columns and exposed ductwork. Amenities include a swimming pool and fitness.

My Opinion on Metropolis Condos
Metropolis Condos are more of a “soft loft” feel. It’s got a few authentic features, but I would definitely classify it is heavy on the “soft” side. You’re located in a great area, though where you can walk to places. And, hey you’re in Midtown. Since you’re in Midtown, though, the square footage on Metropolis is pretty small compared to other buildings. It all depends on what’s most important to you…..location or square footage. HOA fees are $270 for a 150K lofts. Taxes are around $2600 for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Metropolis.
