Sager Lofts are located in the Poncey-Highland area, down the street from Glen Iris Lofts and Ponce Springs Lofts. All of these units are live/work. Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as cement floors and large windows.

My Opinion on Sager Lofts
If you want a live / work loft in the Poncey-Highland area, Sager Lofts may be for you. There are only 24 units, so the community is still nice and small. More of a “soft loft” feel. I like the fact that they are all live / work as there is definitely a mutual respect between owners. The 2 bedroom lofts have a lower level that opens up to the parking garage, which is very convenient. HOA fees are $180 per month for 250K loft. Taxes are around $3300 per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Sager Lofts.
