Heritage Lofts are located in Chamblee, about 20 min. north of downtown Atlanta. Restaurant on first level. Authentic features such as exposed brick and cement floors. Parking lot. Gas stove / range. Amenities include a fitness center.

My Opinion on Heritage Lofts
Heritage lofts are nice lofts with a great authentic feel. They are more of a high-end loft, as you’ll see by the pricing. They are currently building a 2nd phase of lofts that will be priced even higher. That’s got to be good for the current owners! I actually really like these lofts and the pizza place downstairs has the best food. Sometimes I’ll just go up there just to grab some lunch. HOA fees are $175 per month. Taxes are about $4800 per year for the same loft. Overall I give Heritage Lofts a very good rating.
