Exciting things are happening over in Castleberry Hill. Not only is the new Mercedes-Benz stadium slated to open for the 2017 Atlanta Falcons season, but now they have announced a new Hard Rock Hotel that is about to break ground and hopefully be completed by Spring of 2018. 
Castleberry Hill lofts are still very affordable compared to lofts in other neighborhoods, especially lofts that around the Beltline and with these two new developments, this could really change the desirability of Castleberry Hill. I have always been a fan of the lofts in Castleberry Hill because they are so unique, I lived in Castleberry Hill many years ago and have seen that area go from on the verge of being great to basically a standstill when the market crashed a few years ago. With all the new development, this should bring new retail, restaurants, and maybe even bring back some of the art galleries that once were there before. Also, if you aren’t able to buy right now, you might want to check into the Fulton Supply Lofts which are 74 loft rental on Nelson Street, they are projected to start bringing in new tenants in January of 2017.
