Electric stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed beams. More industrial feel. Live/work zoning. Only 9 units here.

My Opinion on Carroll Street Lofts
Out of all the neighborhoods in Atlanta, Cabbagetown is one of my favorites. A loft building located here is inducted into the “good” lofts category just because of it’s location! You can’t beat Agave’ or Milltown Arms if you want great food. (Be sure to sign up at www.agaverestaurant.com for their monthly coupons…..very worth it). Some of the layouts at Carroll Street are a bit quirky, but location trumps layout sometimes, and Carroll Street Lofts definitely is an example of this. Live/work is also a big plus for resale, so I definitely give them kudos for that. HOA fees are around $120 per month for a$250K loft. Taxes are around $3700 per year for the same loft. Small building, great location and live/work. Overall a good rating from me for Carroll Street Lofts.
