My Opinion on City Space Lofts
City Space Lofts is another one of those small loft communities I really like. You can’t beat being so close to Grant Park and of course, Ria’s Bluebird restaurant for good southern breakfast. I like the feel of this loft community as well good authentic features and an overall great set-up. HOA fees are low at $170 per month for a $120k loft. Taxes are around $2500 per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for City Space Lofts.
