Locust Lofts is a small loft community located in Decatur, which is about 20 minutes east of Downtown Atlanta. Consists of about 13 units. Walking distance to to restaurants. Very close to the Dekalb Farmers Market. Authentic features such as exposed brick, gated entrance and exposed ductwork. About a mile to the “square” of Decatur.

My Opinion on Locust Lofts
If you like the Decatur / Avondale Estates area, you should definitely consider Locust Lofts. The community is small and it’s not often you see one of these on the market. Great authentic features and the garage doors (which double as a wall) on some of them open up to a deck. HOA fees are around $150 for a 160K loft. Taxes are around $2500 per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Locust Lofts.
