MidCity lofts is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Amazing walkable location close to Georgia Tech, Marta and a plethora of restaurants and retail. Midcity lofts is considered more of a modern mid rise loft building, a bit more upscale. Garage parking. Electric stove / range. Features at Midcity Lofts include polished concrete floors, concrete columns, exposed ductwork and lots of light.

My Opinion on MidCity Lofts
MidCity Lofts is a super nice well constructed loft building. More of a “modern” feel, although the lofts do have some authentic features. Amenities include a rooftop fitness center and swimming pool. HOA fees are$420 for a 350K loft. Taxes are around $5300 for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Midtown.
