My Opinion on Peachtree Lofts
Peachtree Lofts is a loft building that offers a lot of different floor plans at a variety of prices. There are even some good raw spaces here if you’re up to the task of renovating. Lots of light through the large windows as well. Also, if you’re looking to get more square footage for your money, Peachtree lofts is for you. HOA fees are around $325 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $2500 per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Peachtree Lofts.
