My Opinion on Buckhead Village Lofts
If you want to be near almost any restaurant and a plethora of shopping, Buckhead Village Lofts, may be for you. The developer did some nice things in this building. It’s always a challenge to make a newly built building (rather than a conversion) to look authentic. They accomplished that with these lofts. The units are pretty cool, with exposed brick and some nice layouts. HOA fees are a bit high, though (typical of the Buckhead area) at $500 for a 300K loft. But, heck…you get a swimming pool and a hot tub. Taxes are around 4k per year for a the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Buckhead.
