Centennial House is located in downtown Atlanta and consists of a little over 100 loft units. Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed pipes, exposed ductwork hardwood floors and cement ceilings and columns. Amenities include a concierge and fitness center.

My Opinion on Centennial House Lofts

Centennial House Lofts are a good choice for someone who wants to be centrally located. You can walk to places and you’re a by the Interstate for easy access, plus your a stone’s throw away from Midtown and all the other cool neighborhoods. It’s got some authentic features, but is more on the “soft loft” side. You definitely can pick up some good square footage here for a reasonable price. HOA fees are around $300 per month for a loft priced at 150k. Taxes are about $3000 per year for that same loft. Overall, my rating for centennial house is average-good.
