My Opinion on Crown Candy Lofts

I’ve always liked the Crown Candy Lofts. They are very authentic and have just a lot of great character in general. These are definitely very authentic as opposed to a “soft loft” feel. If you’re excited about looking at Crown Candy you’ll need to keep checking the website often as it’s rare to see a loft here on the market. HOA fees are around $200 for a $200K loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Grant Park.
