Dynamic Lofts are located in Edgewood area of Atlanta. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance including Thumbs Up Diner, Staplehouse, Old 4th Distillery and more. There are a total of just 39 lofts units. Parking is a gated parking lot. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as cement construction and exposed ductwork. Amenities include a Fitness Center and of course the retail below. Have a dog, no problem, walk on over to Fetch Dog Park, one of the coolest dog parks you will ever go to! They serve beer!

My Opinion on Dynamic Metals Lofts
If your a fan of the Edgewood area of town (which I am), the Dynamic Metals Lofts may be for you! I have watched this area of town grow into a hip, happening place the last few years….and it’s only getting better. Dynamic Metals Lofts are more industrial in style. Lots of windows for natural light, which is always a god thing. HOA fees are around $350 for a 300K loft here. Taxes are around $3700 per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Dynamic Metals Lofts!
