Fernwood Park is one of only 2 loft buildings located in Brookhaven. Some live/work units available. Short drive to restaurants and retail. Private garage. Gas stove / range. Only a few lofts here. Authentic features such as exposed brick, lofty stairs and wood trusses.

My Opinion on Fernwood Park Lofts
I’ve always liked Fernwood Park lofts. It’s different than some of my other favorites, but I like the feel of the units here. This building pulls in some good authentic loft features with a definite high-end flare. I love the would trusses and the brick as well. HOA fees are reasonable for the area at $199 per month for a 300K loft. Taxes are around $5500 per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Fernwood Park!
