My Opinion on Glen Iris Lofts
OK, so I won’t beat around the bush on this one. I absolutely LOVE Glen Iris Lofts. By far, they are one of my favorite loft buildings in Atlanta. I love the location, since you can walk to Ponce City Market and the Beltline and I love the lofts themselves. They were built as new lofts, but they have some great authentic features. Not only that, they are built really well. It becomes obvious when you go into a ton of lofts, which lofts are built well and which ones are not. Glen Iris is definitely one of the best built lofts in Atlanta. HOA fees are around $358 per month for a $300,000 loft. Taxes are around $4000 per year for the same loft. Overall, an Excellent rating from me for Glen Iris Lofts.
