My Opinion on M West Lofts
Mwest is located in West Midtown where there are some really cool shops and restaurants. Try JCT and Bacchanalia and you’ll see what I’m talking about. M West lofts are more of a contemporary townhome feel. Very modern in and out. The nice thing about M West, aside from their location is the fact that they have private garages and private backyards, which is ALWAYS a plus for a loft or condo building. HOA fees are $175 per month for a 200K loft. Taxes are around 4k per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for M West.
