Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, Metropolitan Lofts is one of only handful of loft buildings that are in a Hi-rise building. Some interiors tout authentic marble floors and cement columns. There are about 93 total units here. Amenities are a fitness center and concierge. Building does not have dedicated parking.

My Opinion on Metropolitan Lofts
Downtown Atlanta is still very affordable compared to other neighborhoods, but lofts in hi-rise building is pretty rare to find so Metropolitan lofts has that going for them. They also offer a variety of floorpans. No parking is a drawback but there are garages across the street that you can rent on a monthly basis but since Atlanta is becoming so congested, ditch the car and get a bike! Or uber it! HOA fees range from $200 up to $1000 depending on size of loft.
