Milltown Lofts are located directly on the Beltline and just a couple of blocks to Krog Street Market! Milltown Lofts were built circa 2003 and offer exposed brick, high ceilings and exposed ductwork. Most of the 2 story lofts will also have private rooftop decks with views of the city and a few units come with a private garage! Milltown lofts include 2 swimming pools, fitness center and a clubhouse.

My Opinion on Milltown Lofts
Let me start by saying how much I love Cabbagetown, with the Beltline directly across the street, you really can’t go wrong here. I would consider these more of a soft loft feel, but I love that they have private rooftop decks! HOA fees are $330 per month for a 350K loft. Taxes are around 4k per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Milltown Lofts.
