My Opinion on Ponce Springs Lofts

Well, the location is amazing!  I like this building as a good starter loft for a buyer. One of the benefits that Ponce Springs lofts has is that they do not have a rental cap, so if you want to buy as an investment, you can!  If you don’t know how the rental caps work, ask moi, and I will fill you in on how that works! HOA fees are $350 for a 350K loft. Taxes are around $3500 per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Ponce Springs Lofts.
