Southern Bearing Lofts

Southern Bearing Lofts is a small loft building built in the 1960’s.  Close to West Midtown and Highway I75.  Most units are 2 levels with balconies and enclosed patios.  Authentic features include wood timber ceilings and original hardwood floors.

My Opinion on Southern Bearing Lofts

I am a big fan of these units.  I really like the location too..set in with more single family homes it is a quaint neighborhood and with a park right around the corner!  Their HOA fees are super low too compared to other small authentic loft buildings.   No amenities but that is what keeps those HOA fees low!
