Features at Studioplex lofts include cement floors and columns and some exposed brick. Very rare can you find loft community that is zoned for light commercial as well and at Studioplex lofts you can run a business out of it. Amenities at Studioplex include a fitness center and some garage parking.

My Opinion on Studioplex Lofts

Studioplex is conveniently located right by Krog Street Market and the Beltline. One of the best locations to be in if you want to be by the Beltline. I love the fact that they are all live / work units as this is pretty rare to find in a loft building. Easy access to the Interstate. Authentic features including exposed brick. I would definitely recommend this for a light commercial situation. On site is the fabulous restaurant, Serpas. Great restaurant and awesome food! HOA fees are about $250 for a 350K loft. Taxes are around 5K per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Studioplex Lofts.
