What a great opportunity to live in Castleberry Hill!  Just a stone’s throw from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, a block down to Phillips arena and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and retail!   This is one of just a few buildings in Castleberry Hill that is newer construction.  So if you want to be in Castleberry Hill but not digging the authentic loft vibe this is a great building to check out.  A mid rise building tucked away off Nelson Street, here you will find all retail on the ground floor including one of my favorite BBQ restaurants, Smoke Ring and if you are in to wine and like wine clubs, check out Wine Shoe!  Oh – and if you like local dive bars check out Elliot Street Pub, cool little hangout and great place to meet all the locals!

Ok so back to the unit, located on the 3rd floor of the building the unit has a very open concept, but if you want your privacy from the main living area, it would be pretty easy to put up a wall.  The building was only built less than 10 years ago, so ya have your granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.  What I absolutely love about this loft is the wall of the windows that expands the entire unit and the large balcony that accompanies it.   I love light and I love outdoor space especially spacious balconies.   But again if you don’t love light, invest in some black out shades and you will be golden!

Along with a super cool loft, you will also find a rooftop pool and lounge area, fitness center and a petting zoo.   Just kidding..no petting zoo.  ?

Monthly HOA fees are pretty decent and 1 parking spot in the garage comes with the unit!
